I would like to sincerely thank the team at Reliance Fashion Factory, GS Road, Guwahati, for the excellent customer service I received. Initially, I was disappointed with the quality of my PerformaX shoes, which developed significant damage in less than a year of normal use. After raising my concern, I received a call from Mr. Jeetumoni Bharali, Assistant Store Manager, who listened patiently, understood my issue, and handled the matter in a professional and courteous manner. I would also like to express my gratitude to Mr. Hewen Baishya, Department Manager, whose support and cooperation helped ensure that my complaint was resolved smoothly. Thanks to their efforts, my old pair was exchanged for a brand-new pair of shoes. What impressed me the most was their willingness to listen to a customer’s concern and work towards a fair resolution. Their professionalism, respectful attitude, and commitment to customer satisfaction have restored my confidence in the brand. While I was initially unhappy with the product, I am genuinely satisfied with the way the store team handled the situation.
